If you find any problems with a downloaded file, please contact us within 14 days. By completing a purchase on faustorazziopere.com, you agree that any refunds will be at the sole discretion of our staff, and that all decisions of our staff are final.

Any refund requests will be refused if:

• You have changed your mind about the purchase.
• You cannot use the purchased file due to hardware or software limitations / OS incompatibility or similar issues.
• You cannot use the file due to insufficient knowledge about the technologies needed to manage / use the file.

You can require a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please include in your refund request what is the issue you've encountered by running the downloaded file, excluding the cases above.
